Font sizes

Visually impaired users may wish to use a larger font size. To alter the font size throughout the website, in Internet Explorer, select ‘View’, then ‘Text Size’, and choose your preferred size. In Netscape select View, then Text Zoom, and choose your preferred percentage size.

Colours and stylesheets

While we have tried to make the pages of this site as clear and readable as possible, some users may wish to alter the colour of the pages or import their own stylesheets to facilitate viewing. To achieve this, in Internet Explorer select ‘Tools’, then ‘Internet options’, and then ‘Accessibility’. You can then select from the three colour formatting checkboxes, or choose the ‘User style sheet’ option.

In Netscape select ‘Edit’, then ‘Preferences’ and then ‘Appearance’. You will then be given the choice to specify your own colours and fonts.

Adobe Acrobat

If you do not have the Adobe Acrobat Reader on your system it can be automatically downloaded and installed by clicking on the image below or visiting the following address: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html

Some browsers may open Adobe Acrobat documents directly into the browser window. If you wish to save documents to your computer simply right click on the link to the document and choose the ‘Save Target As...’ option.
